Stop Burning Trees festive quiz and social

Join Stop Burning Trees and Axe Drax activists from across the UK for a festive quiz and social to come together after a very big year of campaigning to stop Drax’s tree burning!

About this event

After an incredible year of actions by campaigners across the UK and around the world to protect forests from tree burning in UK power stations like Drax, please join the Stop Burning Trees Coalition, Axe Drax and Biofuelwatch Friends at 6pm on Wednesday 14th December for a special Christmas social and quiz.

This festive social offers a chance to get to know other campaigners from across the UK! The quiz will include Christmas and music questions, an unusual picture round, and of course a few sneaky Drax and biomass-themed questions. ☃️

Whether you’re part of a group campaigning to protect forests from tree burning in power stations or you’re new to Drax campaigns, everyone is welcome and we’d love to see you there.

You can bring your own fully-formed team or you can also join a team at the quiz to get to know activists you haven’t met before.

Please bring along your festive jumpers, Santa hats, mince pies and your favourite cracker jokes!
